Tending the Inner Landscape
1:1 earth-based support
The more we attune to our own sensing animal bodies, the deeper we can connect to the living world around us.
These sessions invite you to cultivate a listening relationship with your body, whilst deepening your relationship with the wider earth body to support you to feel connected to the subtle magic of life.
Tending the Inner Landscape is for the sensitive human who is yearning to feel more present in their body, connected to Earth, and inspired by Life.
Sessions are shaped to support your journey back to your body and into connection with your local environment, so you can build, or deepen, a meaningful connection with your inner and outer landscape, discover a more alive relationship with the more-than-human beings, and cultivate practices that help you stay present even in times of uncertainity, grief, and discomfort.
Through this work, we will explore: gentle body awareness and grounding, simple ritual, guided meditation, creativity, sensory and somatic based inquiry, and relational practices to bring you into connection with land, place and everyday environment.
I meet you from a human place, informed by my roles as grief-tender, priestess, ecotherapy guide, and intuitive energy worker, and together we get curious about how to tend to your inner landscape.

What others have said:
"Where do I begin.. since working with you I can move through life with more integrity.
There is no space for people pleasing & I choose myself every single day.
Every session was deeply transformative, the most powerful were during the shadow practices. I let go of
such a huge weight of a trauma related burdens that were never mine to carry. I also felt a
huge release & sense of peacein my mind since our closing session.
Your whole presence is a safe haven Willow. I felt extremely held when during vulnerable
moments. I felt heard & understood. Your sessions were thought through very deeply & the practices
that you created where unique to me & all I shared with you.
Your love & authenticity pours out of what you do..
your work is transformative, meaningful & powerful! It works!"

"Over the sessions we explored grief, longing and resentment in a creative and embodied way. Willow skilfully wove together a range of practices together including meditation, embodiment, nature based ritual and ceremony that allowed me to meet my feelings from new angles.
Throughout the journey, I felt held by the elements and the earth. I loved how Willow asked me to bring certain things from nature to each of our sessions - in this respect it felt like a true co-creation between myself, Willow and the land.
Willow was a consistently supportive and open hearted presence. Attuned to my needs, she also seemed to intuitively sense where I needed to go within each session. I was surprised and moved at how intimate and embodied this work felt given that our sessions took place online.
Willow offered me many practices I can return to, and with them, a sense that I’m not walking this path alone...Though our sessions have ended, it feels like this journey will continue to weave through my life in other ways."

"The experience gave me an opportunity to ground and be free of many of the daily thoughts and plates which need to be kept spinning.
Willow is an amazing person and so engaging and supportive and insightful. Any time spent Willow, is calming and supportive. Shes a wonderful healer and has an amazing energy about her. The practices, once engaged with, gave insight and a better perspective. I loved that the sessions allowed a clear space mentally for insight and intuition to flourish. I find expression outwardly difficult, so glad it was optional to do so aloud or internally.
I am trying to ground more and allow myself to be present. This is a work in progress. But I trust and try and engage with every step I take."
