elemental reiki sessions are centred around the elements of earth . air . fire. water .
To honour their spirit and acknowledge their presence in our existence. When we open up to being in relationship with the elements, we recognise the miracle of life & what it means to be in reciprocity with all that is around us.
These sessions are a blend of intuitive energy healing, guided visualisation, annointing with sacred oils, and infusing you with prayer & sound.
A place for you to receive, deeply rest, and attune your body to the subtle energies of elemental guides.
I've been practising Reiki since 2019 when I was first initiaited under the Usui Reiki linegage - since then, my work has deepend with my connection to land, sea, and sky
I bring in these beautiful allies into my sessions, to create what I now call elemental reiki
This is a place where you are invited into deep rest and a remembering of the support and guidance of each of the elements that makes up our world
Sessions are on a sliding scale £45-60/hr
