From Dark to Dawn
An online seasonal container
Winter Solstice – Spring Equinox
If you are yearning for community, connection, and inspiration to carry you through the winter months – this journey is for you.
Winter can be a challenging time for many of us. The short days, cold weather, and reduced sunshine can impact our physical, emotional, social, and spiritual health. In the dark months, many people struggle with isolation, and Seasonal Affective Disorder affects 1 in 3 people in the UK.
That is why I'm holding this space – because I know from personal experience that connecting with the natural world through a lens of acceptance, curioisty, and community can soften the hard edges of Winter and create a sense of belonging, hope, and peace.

A Note on Belonging to Earth
Oftentimes, after I share a tender moment with a tree or speak about my connection to the stones, someone will say to me,
“I wish I was that connected.” When I hear this, I always want to remind them that We are all that connected.
As human beings, we are inherently part of the Earth, not separate from. My relationship with the Earth may feel personal and precious, but it’s not unique. These kinds of bonds are available to all of us. They live in our bodies, simply waiting to be remembered.
Still, like any meaningful relationship, our connection with the Earth asks something of us. She asks for our presence, connection, and time.
Just as with human relationships, the ones we tend are the ones that deepen. To be in true relationship with land, stone, tree, or stream, we must keep showing up with care. Perhaps, in doing so, we come into a deeper trust that Earth is not just our companion, but our elder. A presence that has witnessed countless lifetimes, and still offers guidance without words.
And that, even in times of darkness and grief, we still Belong.
I wish for this journey to inspire this remembering within you as we walk through the landscape of Winter.
Blessings,
Willow /|\
