Beyond the Veil

Women’s Circles for Shedding, Remembering, & Returning

Descend into Your Power, Your Magic, Your Truth

The descent is necessary; it's the only path to true initiation and transformation. Without going deep into the darkness, the soul cannot be reborn into its fullest expression" - Bill Plotkin

Beyond the Veil Circles:
Mythic spaces for descent, rewilding, and re-emergence

While the full 5-month journey didn’t take root this season, the threads of Beyond the Veil are very much alive.

I’ve felt the resonance in your voices, your messages, and your interest. Although the container isn't unfolding in its long-form shape just yet, its essence is ready to meet you in a new way.

This summer and autumn, I’ll be offering a series of standalone, firelit gatherings at Half Moon Field, Totnes.

Each circle a chance to drop in, be witnessed, and walk with the archetypes of descent and return.

These gatherings will carry the bones and breath of Beyond the Veil: woven with myth, ritual, and earth-based practice , but with the spaciousness to come as you are, when you’re called.

We descend not to disappear, but to remember.
To root, reclaim, and rise.
To walk Beyond the Veil and return more fully ourselves.

In our fast-paced, noisy world, many of us feel a deep ache... a pull toward something quieter, more mysterious, and profoundly real. We long for a space to slow down, to peek beneath the surface of everyday life, and to meet the parts of ourselves that have been hidden or forgotten.

This work matters now because:

  • The world is shifting — with uncertainty, loss, and change swirling around us, we need strong, grounded spaces where we can be supported in transformation.

  • Descent is necessary for true growth — like the seasons, our souls move through cycles of dying, resting, and rising anew. This journey honours that rhythm.

  • Community is healing — doing this work in circle with other women creates a powerful web of support, witnessing, and sacred sisterhood.

Each circle offers a moment to pause in the turning, listen in, and root more deeply into yourself.

Is This for You?

These circles may be for you if…

You’re navigating change, grief, or inner transition, and long for a space to pause and be with what’s moving beneath the surface.

✦ You feel a quiet call to meet deeper parts of yourself beyond roles & expectations

✦ You’re drawn to myth, ritual, the wild feminine, and the wisdom of the Earth and want to explore them in grounded, embodied ways.

You crave gentle but potent sisterhood — a space where your truth can be welcomed, witnessed, and not rushed.

✦ You’re seeking soul nourishment, not solutions.
A place to remember, release, and reconnect.

You don’t need any experience with circles, mythology, or ritual, just a willingness to arrive as you are, with curiosity and heart.

What Happens in Circle?

You'll be held in a grounded space around the fire and beneath the open skies at the gorgeous Half Moon Field, Totnes.

Each gathering is 2.5–3 hours and includes ritual, sharing, and embodied earth-based practice.

Light snacks and warm drinks are provided.

Spaces are limited to 8 women for depth, spaciousness, and true witnessing.

A typical gathering might include:
Guided meditation or visualisation to drop into the body and connect with seasonal or mythic energy

Storytelling & myth from Celtic and folkloric traditions to mirror our descent and return

Nature-based ritual or earth altars to mark thresholds, release, or intention

✦  Embodied practices like breathwork, sound, gentle movement, or working with the elements

Creative exploration. We may write, draw, weave, or craft something simple as a ritual act

Sharing circle in a held and confidential space to speak from the heart to be witnessed. Not to be fixed nor given advice

This is a non-performative, non-pressured space. You’ll never be asked to share more than you wish, and everything is invitational.

You are welcome just as you are ... raw, tired, curious, grieving, hopeful, messy, or anything in between.

If this is what you have been searching for...

Voices from The Cauldron

This work is a continuation of 'The Cauldron', a 4-month journey of transformation that was held in Spring 2024.

Here are some loving words from previous circle participants.

"The Cauldron was one of the warmest women's circles I've ever been part of. At one of the most vulnerable times of my life, I was seen in my entirety and deeply held and supported in a way I didn't know was possible. I felt safe and could meet the depth of my own being. It was a flame giving me light to walk in the darkness.
Willow is a graceful ritualist and beautiful space holder and I'm so grateful for her work in this world.
I wish for every woman the experience of a space like that."

"I get such a warm glow thinking about the Cauldron, it was a beautiful, special, sacred container.
It was incredible to feel held & safe right from the start, & I can’t believe how quickly we dropped into a very deep & profound space together.
It was just the right balance of the magical & mysterious, and also deeply rooted & connected with the land, the fire, the water & sky. The real magic was the sharing & witnessing, everyone being seen, heard, held & nourished in this wise & wonder-filled container.
I also loved the practices & practicals that Willow wove in, and the gorgeous storytelling.
So much richness & much much delight! THANK YOU
🤎🙌🏽🔥"
