Service Description
These supportive sessions weave together the principles of Reiki and the grounding energy of the Earth to bring you home to your body, nourish your spirit, and deepen your connection to the divine within and around you. Each session is intuitively guided and completely unique. Depending on what is needed in the moment. As well as hands off/on healing, it may include: - Sound -Scent -Guided journey -Plant and tree spirit connection -Sacred listening and gentle conversation This is a space for deep rest, remembering, and reconnection.

This is a free offering — a space for you to share, ask questions, and feel into whether this work is right for you. While there’s no cost, your presence matters. Please honour this time as a shared commitment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This helps me tend to my schedule and energy with care.
