As a western culture, we have lost connection with these practices - I am passionate about reclaiming these fundamental markings of time.

When we acknowledge, mark, and tend to the changes that occur during our lifetime, we can bring a deeper level of honouring and sacredness to our daily experiences. Ritual and ceremony can support us through beautiful and difficult moments in life.
